What we collect, why, and who sees it.

This policy explains what information Sentinel Outfitters LLC ("we") collects on sentinel-outfitters.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, shipping address, and the items you buy. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.
- Contact and sign-up forms: your name, email, and anything you type in the message.
- Cart: your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page reload. It is not sent to us until you check out.
- Server logs: our host keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes payments. When you check out you're sent to Stripe Checkout, and Stripe handles your card and billing details under the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers our contact form and email sign-up form to our inbox. What you enter in those forms passes through FormSubmit under its own privacy terms.
- USPS gets your name and shipping address so it can deliver your order.
- Render hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How we use your email
- To send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and replies about your order, return, or question.
- If you join our email list, to send occasional news about new products and restocks. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us to be removed.
We do not add you to the marketing list just because you placed an order or sent a message.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for taxes, accounting, and warranty or return questions. You can ask us to delete your contact-form messages or email-list sign-up at any time.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for adults. You must be 18 or older to buy from us, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
