We print in-house on a fleet of industrial FDM machines, in PLA+, PETG, and carbon-fiber nylon — matched to the job, not pulled off the cheapest spool on the shelf.
We focus on parts that have a job: clean fit, durable materials, and no extra plastic theater. Geometry and mounting that actually work on the item.
Every part is measured against tolerance before it ships. If it doesn't hold the line, it doesn't leave the shop.
What “100% inspected” means
Nothing ships because it came off the bed looking close enough. Before a part leaves Gulfport it is checked against the spec for that SKU:
- Dimensional check against printed tolerance (± 0.05mm on critical fits)
- Layer adhesion and infill continuity on load-bearing walls
- Hardware seats, rail geometry, and mounting holes cycled by hand
- Edges hand-deburred; no sharp flash on contact surfaces
- Visual finish pass under shop light before bagging
If a part fails any of those, it is reprinted. We do not sell seconds.
